RAINBOW SALLY SALAD
This salad is very quick to make and delicious! It has everything… fresh, earthy tones, textures and very healthy. Multiple worlds in one bowl. Quite easy to make but a taste explosion! Looks great on a table full of delicious dishes. Eating is freedom, freedom to show who you are in a dish and while eating everyone is equal.

Ingredients (per person)
Handful of white, handful of round cabbage, very fine
Handful of carrots, julienne
Half a spring onion
1 radish very thin
Two small tomatoes in a ring
1 snack cucumber in a ring
1/2 beetroot or a quarter gram beetroot, cut into pieces
Half teaspoon sesame seeds
Coriander
Three tablespoons vegan mayo
A little bit of water to make the dressing liquid
Instructions:
Cut all vegetables very thinly into strips. Mix the mayo with the miso. Place everything nicely fanned out on a dish and then nicely the dressing over it, then the sesame seeds and sprinkle with coriander.
